Order processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 1-3 business days (except major national holidays, such as Easter and Christmas).

During longer national holidays the processing time can be 5-10 business days.

Estimated shipping times with standard shipping

  • North America: 6-12 business days

  • Europe: 3-6 business days (no deliveries to UK)

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-12 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 8-12 business days

Standard shipping with non-tracked priority letter is provided by PostNord and local postal services.

Please note that I currently do not deliver to the United Kingdom due to new tax regulations.

Rush order with DHL

If you need a rush order with DHL Worldwide Express shipping (1-3 business days), please contact me at zsu (at) zsuzsannahorvath.com. Please note that additional charges apply.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
