VATN paper and wood mobile

The VATN geometric, paper and wood mobile was inspired by the ripples of water created by dropping a stone in a lake. It is a minimalist kinetic art piece bringing calmness to the busy every-days. Vatn is not just a simple mobile, but a dazzling optical illusion as the slowly rotating movement is creating a moiré interference in the cup paper piece, making it hard not to stare at.

All our mobiles are manufactured in Copenhagen, Denmark out of high quality, FSC certified Finnish birch plywood. So your purchase is not going harm Mother Nature, because the wood is coming from a sustainably managed forest.

A thin black yarn with a loop on top is supplied for hanging and it is also possible to adjust the total length. Comes fully assembled and ready to hang and dazzle.
